  • 逐字稿結果使用每筆任務獨立產生的裝置金鑰加密；私鑰只在發起裝置 Keychain，不進筆記檔。Transcript results are encrypted with a per-job device-generated key; the private key stays in the initiating device's Keychain, not the note file.
  • 音檔只為背景作業暫存於不公開儲存空間；任務完成、失敗、取消或逾時即刪，另有最長 2 天的生命週期兜底。Audio is staged in private storage only for the job, deleted on completion, failure, cancellation or expiry, with a two-day lifecycle backstop.
  • 逐字稿結果只保留到 App 取回確認，或保留期限到期；後端記錄不得包含逐字稿內容。Transcript results remain only until app acknowledgement or expiry; backend logs must not contain transcript content.
重要邊界：Important boundary: 「用本機轉錄」只代表轉錄這一步不上雲。若之後使用雲端 AI 摘要、智慧校稿、圖文報告、線上文字對話或語音對話，相關逐字稿片段、文字或即時語音仍會送到所選的雲端服務處理；改用裝置端對話並關閉 iCloud，才是內容全程留在裝置的組合。 “On-device transcription” means only the transcription step stays local. Cloud summaries, proofreading, rich reports, online chat or voice chat can still send relevant text, transcript excerpts or live speech to the selected cloud service. Use on-device chat and disable iCloud for an all-local combination.

裝置端（Apple）轉錄離線免費。雲端即時／結束後轉錄、即時翻譯與 AI 摘要、圖文報告會用到 OpenAI，需後台登入或填入自己的 API Key，依用量計費；App 內會顯示用量與費用估算。你也可以只用純錄音與裝置端轉錄，完全免費使用。On‑device (Apple) transcription is free and offline. 取決於模式。裝置端轉錄與純錄音的轉錄流程不會上傳音訊；雲端即時轉錄／翻譯會把音訊串流到 OpenAI，但爪爪聽寫後端不暫存完整音檔；雲端立即轉錄會在錄完後送出音檔；雲端背景轉錄則會把音檔切段經 HTTPS 上傳至私有暫存，任務終止後刪除，逐字稿結果另採裝置持鑰加密。iCloud 同步與 AI 整理是另外的選擇，可能讓資料離開裝置。It depends on the mode. On-device and audio-only transcription do not upload audio. Live cloud transcription and translation stream audio to OpenAI without staging a full file on the app backend. Immediate cloud transcription sends audio after recording. Background cloud transcription uploads chunks over HTTPS to private temporary storage, deletes them when the job ends, and separately encrypts transcript results to a device-held key. iCloud sync and AI organization are separate choices that can also move data off-device.
自訂 API Key 會經過爪爪聽寫後端嗎？Does my own API key pass through the app backend?
不會。自訂 Key 只存於這台裝置的 iOS Keychain；即時轉錄時由 App 直接向 OpenAI 取得短效憑證，立即批次轉錄與雲端 AI 功能也由 App 直連 OpenAI。雲端背景轉錄則只提供給登入授權且已開通的帳號，不使用自訂 Key。No. Your key stays in this device's iOS Keychain. For live transcription the app directly obtains a short-lived credential from OpenAI; immediate batch transcription and cloud AI calls also connect directly to OpenAI. Background cloud transcription is available only to enabled backend accounts and does not use your own key.

換手機資料會不見嗎？Will I lose data on a new phone?
開啟 iCloud 同步即可換機接續，筆記與照片會鏡像到你個人的 iCloud。請留意採聯集合併設計：在單一裝置刪除筆記，不會自動同步刪除其他裝置或 iCloud 上的副本，需逐一刪除。Turn on iCloud sync to carry over to a new phone — notes and photos mirror to your own iCloud. Note the union‑merge design: deleting a note on one device won't auto‑delete copies on other devices or in iCloud; remove each separately.
