本政策說明「爪爪聽寫」App（以下稱「本 App」）如何處理你的資料。安裝並使用本 App 即表示你已閱讀並理解本政策。

我們刻意把架構設計成：在你選擇的設定下，大部分內容根本不需要離開你的裝置。本政策誠實列出每一種情境下資料的去向。

This policy explains how the Paw Dictation app (the “App”) handles your data. By installing and using the App you confirm you have read and understood this policy.

The App is intentionally designed so that, under the settings you choose, most of your content never needs to leave your device. This policy honestly lists where data goes in each scenario.

• 錄音音訊 — 你按下錄音時擷取的聲音。
• 逐字稿與筆記內容 — 轉錄文字、AI 摘要、關鍵字、待辦、標題與圖文報告。
• 照片 — 你在錄音中拍攝、或事後插入筆記的影像。
• API 金鑰（手動模式） — 你自行輸入的 OpenAI 金鑰，加密儲存在裝置 Keychain，僅用於代你呼叫 OpenAI。
• 帳號資料（後台登入模式） — 你在後台授權時提供的名稱與電子郵件，用以識別帳號與計量。
• 用量統計 — 轉錄秒數、AI token 數、摘要/報告次數，用於在 App 內顯示用量與費用估算。

我們不收集：精準定位、聯絡人、瀏覽紀錄、廣告識別碼，也沒有任何分析或追蹤工具。

• Recorded audio — sound captured while you are recording.
• Transcripts & note content — transcribed text, AI summaries, keywords, to‑dos, titles and rich reports.
• Photos — images you capture during a recording or insert into a note.
• API key (manual mode) — the OpenAI key you enter, stored encrypted in the device Keychain and used only to call OpenAI on your behalf.
• Account info (backend mode) — the name and email you provide when authorizing with the backend, used to identify your account and metering.
• Usage stats — transcription seconds, AI token counts and summary/report counts, used to show usage and a cost estimate inside the App.

We do not collect: precise location, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers — and there are no analytics or tracking tools.

• 裝置筆記（JSON）、照片與暫存錄音檔存在 App 沙盒；API 金鑰與授權憑證存在 Keychain。
• 你的 iCloud（選用）開啟「iCloud 同步」後，筆記與照片會鏡像到你個人的 iCloud 帳號，供換機與備份接續。這份資料在你的 Apple 帳號下，我們無法存取。
• 後端服務（選用）僅在「後台登入」模式下，後端會保存你的帳號識別與用量計量資料。

• DeviceNotes (JSON), photos and temporary audio live in the App sandbox; your API key and auth token live in the Keychain.
• Your iCloud (optional)With “iCloud Sync” on, notes and photos are mirrored to your own iCloud account for backup and device migration. This data sits under your Apple account; we cannot access it.
• Backend (optional)Only in “backend sign‑in” mode does the backend retain your account identity and usage‑metering data.

OpenAI

當你選擇雲端轉錄，或使用 AI 摘要 / 圖文報告時，音訊與／或逐字稿文字會傳送到 OpenAI 處理。依 OpenAI 的 API 資料政策，透過 API 提交的內容預設不會用於訓練其模型。手動金鑰模式下你的裝置直接連線 OpenAI；後台模式則由後端核發臨時憑證，真正的金鑰只留在後端。

Apple

裝置端語音辨識（Apple Speech / SpeechAnalyzer）在你的裝置上完成、不上傳雲端；惟特定語言模型首次使用時，可能需要向 Apple 下載模型。iCloud 同步由 Apple iCloud 提供。兩者皆受 Apple 的隱私政策規範。

爪爪聽寫後端服務（選用）

僅在你選擇「後台登入」時使用，負責登入授權與用量計量。

OpenAI

When you choose cloud transcription or use AI summaries / rich reports, audio and/or transcript text is sent to OpenAI for processing. Under OpenAI’s API data policy, content submitted via the API is not used to train its models by default. In manual‑key mode your device connects to OpenAI directly; in backend mode the backend issues a short‑lived token and the real key never leaves the backend.

Apple

On‑device speech recognition (Apple Speech / SpeechAnalyzer) runs on your device and is not uploaded; however, a language model may need to be downloaded from Apple on first use. iCloud sync is provided by Apple iCloud. Both are governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

Paw Dictation backend (optional)

Used only when you choose “backend sign‑in,” handling authorization and usage metering.

• 相片（新增） — 用於將錄音中拍攝的照片存到相簿。

• Microphone — for recording and live speech‑to‑text.
• Camera — to capture slides, whiteboards and documents during a recording.
• Photos (add) — to save photos taken during a recording to your library.
• Speech recognition — to convert speech to text on‑device (not uploaded).

Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature, and can be changed anytime in iOS Settings.

• 不販售或出租你的個人資料。

• We never sell or rent your personal data.
• We show no ads and run no ad analytics.
• We embed no third‑party tracking or analytics SDKs.
• With on‑device transcription and iCloud sync off, your content stays entirely on your device.

• 隨時刪除筆記、資料夾與照片。
• 移除手動 API 金鑰（自 Keychain 刪除並中斷連線）。
• 開關 iCloud 同步（關閉＝停止上傳，保留雲端既有副本）。
• 選擇轉錄模式，包含完全離線的裝置端模式或純錄音。
• 撤銷後台授權（移除裝置上的授權憑證）。

• Delete notes, folders and photos at any time.
• Remove your manual API key (deleted from the Keychain, disconnecting).
• Toggle iCloud sync (off = stop uploading, existing cloud copies kept).
• Choose a transcription mode, including fully offline on‑device or audio‑only.
• Revoke backend authorization (removes the token from your device).

裝置與 iCloud 上的內容由你完全掌控，刪除即移除（iCloud 的跨裝置注意事項見第 3 節）。傳送至 OpenAI 的內容依其保留政策處理。後台模式下的帳號與用量資料，你可透過下方信箱要求查詢或刪除。

Content on your device and in iCloud is fully under your control — deleting it removes it (see Section 3 for the cross‑device caveat). Content sent to OpenAI is handled per their retention policy. For backend‑mode account and usage data, you may request access or deletion via the email below.

本 App 並非針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，我們不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

政策若有更新，我們會修改本頁內容並更新頁首的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會在 App 內或本頁明顯標示。

If this policy changes we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page.
